This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and waja32, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. Use of any part of the waja32 platform, including the website, mobile application and related services, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms stated in this document.

These waja32 terms and conditions form the entire agreement between the User and the platform regarding the use of its services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

To register and use waja32's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an individual who has been prohibited from gambling activities by law or court order.
• Not register on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• Not be an employee, agent or contractor of waja32 or any of its affiliated companies.

waja32 reserves the right to request identity verification documents including a copy of an identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in account access being temporarily restricted.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the waja32 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same name or with overlapping information is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and their balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, mobile number, email address and payment details. The information provided must match the valid identification documents that will be requested during the account verification process.

• Your username and password are the exclusive responsibility of the User to keep confidential.
• Any activity carried out using your login credentials is considered your own action.
• Users must notify waja32 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• waja32 is not responsible for losses resulting from a User's negligence in safeguarding their password.

The waja32 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions, which will be converted at the prevailing rate.

General financial transaction terms for waja32:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes once verification and approval are complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, for fraud prevention purposes.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance checks and waja32's internal verification procedures.

waja32 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for compliance verification purposes without a set time limit if suspicious activity is detected. Approved withdrawals cannot be cancelled.

waja32 offers various promotions to registered members, including a welcome bonus for the first deposit. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated at the time the offer is activated.

Welcome Bonus: The waja32 welcome bonus gives 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,400 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000

waja32 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a higher weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2% and Diamond up to 1.5%. VIP tier progression is determined based on overall member activity and loyalty.

All games available on the waja32 platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live systems managed by licensed software providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error that can be verified by waja32 has occurred.

In the event of a technical disruption, software error or information display fault, waja32 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the bet amount to the User's account. Results produced from a technical error will not be recognised as valid results.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled by the User.
• Winnings will be credited to the User's account as soon as the relevant round or event has concluded.
• waja32 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game at any time.

waja32 users are required to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with the rules set out. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tools that manipulate games or system processes.
• Attempts to hack, attack or disrupt waja32's technical infrastructure.
• Fraud, identity impersonation or submission of false information during registration or verification.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained illegally.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game vulnerabilities (collusion).
• Opening or managing an account on behalf of another individual.

waja32 reserves the right to freeze an account for investigation purposes if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of any of the above activities. waja32's decision in this matter is final.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the waja32 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all active wagering requirements have been completed and there are no outstanding issues.

waja32 reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close a User's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority or competent legal authority.

The waja32 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, waja32 makes no express or implied warranties regarding usability, fitness for a particular purpose or continuity of service.

waja32 is not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters or events beyond our control.
• Failure of the User's internet connection or device.
• Betting losses that are valid according to game results.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the User's own negligence.

waja32's total liability to any User, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the relevant claim.

waja32 reserves the right to amend, update or improve these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on the official waja32 website, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

Users are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after the amendment effective date is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the international licence under which waja32 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the waja32 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation fails to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant regulatory body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
